Crews respond to three-alarm fire at York County sporting goods store

WEST YORK, Pa. (WHTM) – A fire at a York County sporting goods store Friday evening is under investigation.

The blaze, which went to three alarms, broke out at West York Sporting Goods on West Main Street shortly before 6 p.m.

York County 911 dispatchers were not aware of any injuries.

Crews moved people in the area back due to the ammunition inside the building, which was heard popping at the scene.

Additional details were not immediately released.
