Walmart recalls tripod stools for fall hazard

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) – Walmart is recalling about 2,600 tripod stools because a plastic collar that connects the legs can break, causing users to fall.

The recall is for Mahco Inc. tripod stools with a Realtree camouflage seat. The stools were sold in stores and on from June 2016 through August 2016 for about $6.

No injuries have been reported.

Consumers should return the stools to Walmart for a full refund.
