$10K worth of property stolen in overnight thefts

HANOVER, Pa. (WHTM) – Police in York County are advising residents to lock their vehicles following a series of overnight thefts.

The West Manheim Township Police Department is investigating the unlawful entry of vehicles parked in developments and driveways in the north end of the township.

Electronics, DVDs, cash and other items were stolen. Police say the total value of the stolen property is more than $10,000.

The targeted vehicles were unlocked, according to police.
