Wal-Mart theft suspect facing felony charge

LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) – A man is in Lancaster County Prison after he allegedly stole from a Wal-Mart.

Brian Davis, a 39-year-old Manheim Township resident, was arrested Wednesday for felony retail theft.

Davis left the Wal-Mart without paying for a wallet and jewelry, according to the East Lampeter Township Police Department.

The felony charge was filed based on Davis’ history with retail theft. He was committed to Lancaster County Prison.
