Police want ID of woman who used stolen credit cards

YORK, Pa. (WHTM) – Police are asking for the public’s help to identify a woman suspected of stealing a wallet and using the credit cards to make about $2,000 in purchases.

West Manchester Township police released a surveillance photo of the woman on Wednesday. They said on Sept. 3, she stole the wallet from a woman at Panera Bread in West York, then went to local stores and bought Visa gift cards.

Investigators said the woman was driving a black coupe, possibly a Toyota Solara, and she appears to have tattoos on both forearms and possibly on her upper left arm.

Anyone who can name her is asked to call Officer Adam Jordan at 717-792-9514 or email ajordan@wmtwp.com.
