YORK, Pa. (WHTM) – York police are investigating another shooting in what has been a violent 24 hours in the city.
Officers were called shortly before 10 p.m. Wednesday to the 800 block of East Market Street.
One victim was taken to the hospital, according to York County dispatchers.
No other details are available at this time.
Wednesday night’s shooting is the third in York City in roughly 24 hours.
An 18-year-old man was found around 2:30 a.m. Wednesday in the 600 block of Heiges Alley with a gunshot wound to his chest. He later died at the hospital.
A 17-year-old is also in serious condition following a shooting Tuesday night in the area of West Newton and South West streets.
