10 arrested after police officer poses as prostitute

LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) – Police say they arrested nine men who solicited an undercover officer for sex and a tenth man who obstructed their prostitution sting.

Lancaster police said a female officer posed as the prostitute during Friday’s operation and she was approached by men who agreed to pay for sexual acts.

Police said one of the men, 45-year-old Tommy White, confronted the undercover officer and was charged with obstruction of justice. Baker was arrested in July for attempting to solicit the same undercover officer and had an outstanding arrest warrant from the previous encounter.

Authorities identified the nine men charged with soliciting prostitution as Jeremy Lauphian, 38, of Quarryville; Antolino Serrano, 52, of Lititz; David Graybill, 60, of Manheim; James Ranton Jr., 56, of East Hempfield Township; Carmelo Rodriguez, 82, of Willow Street; Jose Gracia-Ledesma, 32, of Lancaster Township; Michael Foley Jr., 37,of Lancaster Township; Joseph Centini, 58, of Manor Township; and Luis Martinez; 44, of Lancaster.
