HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) – A York man was sentenced Tuesday by a district court judge in Harrisburg for selling drugs and possessing weapons in October 2013.
Brandon Dawson, 31, was sentenced to 92 months in prison nearly three years after police found heroin, marijuana, drug distribution materials and a stolen Colt .45 semiautomatic pistol in his York apartment.
Dawson entered a guilty plea to drug trafficking and possession of a stolen firearm.
At the time of the crime, Dawson was being supervised by probation officers for a previous drug trafficking crime. A judge sentenced him to 24 months in jail as a result, which must be served consecutively with his 92 month sentence.
