Man arrested after police pursuit ends with crash

EAST LAMPETER, Pa. (WHTM) – A Lancaster County man is facing charges for allegedly fleeing police before crashing his vehicle into a wooded area.

The East Lampeter Township Police Department has charged 24-year-old Adam Mackenzie Warren for the incident that occurred around 10 p.m. Saturday night in the 2200 block of Creek Hill Road.

Warren was driving 59 mph in a 35 mph zone, according to police. He’s accused of failing to stop as police tried to pull him over.

At the intersection of Creek Hill and Millcross roads, Warren lost control of his vehicle and crashed into a wooded area.

Warren and his two passengers were not injured.

Police charged Warren with a felony count of fleeing or attempting to elude police. He is also charged with reckless endangerment and several traffic violations.
