Lancaster man jailed in 5 home burglaries

LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) – A Lancaster man has been arrested for a series of home burglaries in the city.

Daymond E. Williams, 42, is accused of two burglaries in the 300 block of North Lime Street and others in the 200 block of East Orange, the 500 block of North Lime, and the 200 block of North Shippen Street, police said.

Williams is jailed in Lancaster County Prison on charges of burglary, theft and criminal mischief.

Detectives are investigating whether he is responsible for other home burglaries in the city since mid-August.
