HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) – City police are investigating a shooting incident Friday afternoon at 19th and Boas streets.
Investigators said multiple shots were fired at around 1:20 p.m. and a victim was transported to a hospital in a private vehicle for treatment of a gunshot wound to the thigh.
Police said that person is cooperative and is expected to recover.
Authorities are looking for a shooter who’s in his late teens to early 20s. They said his hair was cut short on the sides but tall on top, and he was wearing bright orange sneakers.

Dauphin County Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $2,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
