Harrisburg man charged with delivering fatal batch of heroin

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) – A Harrisburg man is now facing charges for delivering a fatal batch of heroin last month.

Officers responded to the overdose death of 49-year-old Orlando Dunson on Aug. 8.

Investigators identified Tiquan Chapman, 25, as the the one who sold Dunson heroin that caused his death.

Chapman was arrested Friday and is charged with murder by delivery of drugs, possession with intent to deliver and criminal use of a communication device.
