HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) – Penbrook police charging Justin Miller on Wednesday on two counts of theft by deception, from an investigation last month involving a cement and roofing home repair scam. Police say Miller was identified as a suspect, and was traced to the Red Roof Inn on Catasqua Road in Allentown. An arrest warrant was issued, and state police arrested Miller at the hotel.

Miller was arraigned at night court and committed to Dauphin County Prison on bail.  The investigation is ongoing.  Anyone that is aware of recent similar scams is asked to contact their local police department.  At the time of the Penbrook incident he was using a white pickup truck with a seal coating machine on the back of the truck.
