HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) – Toys ‘R’ Us is recalling pacifier clips because a spring mechanism can break and release small parts, posing a choking hazard.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission says the retailer received two reports of pacifier clips breaking. No injuries have been reported.
The retail chain sold the pacifier clips sold in an assortment of six colors and character designs at Babies ‘R’ Us and Toys ’R’ Us stores from February 2015 through April 2016 for about $4.
The pacifier clips have a circular plastic cover attached to a metal spring clip and a fabric strip with snaps at the other end.
Parents should return the product to Babies ‘R’ Us or Toys ‘R’ Us for a refund.
