Fire displaces 4 from Carlisle apartment building

CARLISLE, Pa. (WHTM) – Four people can’t stay in their homes because fire damaged their apartment building Wednesday morning.

The fire at Hanover and Louther streets started on the second floor of the building just after 5:30 a.m.

We’re told a neighbor saw the flames and kicked down a door to alert the residents.

The cause of the fire was not immediately determined.
