Lancaster man gets up to 30 years for 2nd child pornography conviction

Phillip Fisher (submitted)

LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) – A city man will serve at least 15 years in prison for his second child pornography conviction.

Phillip Fisher, 57, pleaded guilty Wednesday in Lancaster County Court in exchange for a 15-to-30-year prison sentence, District Attorney Craig Stedman’s office said.

Fisher was convicted in 2014 for having child pornography while living in Lititz. A probation officer discovered the second collection while visiting his apartment in January.

Police said Fisher had more than 1,200 illegal images on a cell phone.

He also pleaded guilty to violating Megan’s Law by not registering two cell phones.
