Harrisburg police looking for armed robber

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) – Authorities looking for the man who robbed a city store at gunpoint over the weekend are asking for the public’s help.

City police on Monday released a surveillance photo from Munchies Market in the 1200 block of Mulberry Street.

The clerk told officers the man in the photo came into the store around 5:40 p.m. Saturday, pointed a large gun at him, and in a heavy Spanish accent demanded all the money in the register.

Dauphin County Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $2,000 for information that leads to an arrest.

Anyone with information may call police at 717-558-6900 and ask for a detective or supervisor.
