Harrisburg-Hershey Film Festival

The Harrisburg-Hershey Film Festival was founded in 2014 by Hamza Ahmad.

“At the time a film I had produced, Bridge and Tunnel, was going through Film Festivals when I had discovered that there were no regional film festivals suitable to screen the film. Some of the other producers saw that this was a great opportunity to start a small festival, using a lot of what we learned from other festivals and building from that,” tells Ahmad.

“The winning short film – Moving On, submitted by Australian screenwriter Lachlan Marks – was produced in Harrisburg earlier this year. It will premiere on September 15th, the opening night of the festival, as part of the 2016 HHFF Red Carpet Kickoff Event.”

The 2nd Annual Harrisburg-Hershey Film Festival will take place September 15-18, 2016 at the Midtown Cinema in Harrisburg, PA.
