HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) – A federal grand jury has indicted two men on charges they were planning to sell methamphetamine in Cumberland County.

The indictment charges 55-year-old Delfin Ricardo-Hechevarria of Albany, New York and 56-year-old Jorge Gonzalez-Gonzalez of Reading with possession and conspiracy to distribute.

U.S. Attorney Peter Smith said both men were arrested after authorities searched their vehicle and seized meth during a traffic stop on July 3.

The two have been jailed in Cumberland County Prison on $50,000 bail each since police arrested them on state charges in Shippensburg Township, according to court records.
