Crime Stoppers: Man wanted for failure to appear to prison

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) — Authorities in Dauphin County are looking for a man they say never showed up to serve his prison sentence in 2013.

Wayne Williams was sentenced for an aggravated assault conviction in June of 2013, according to a press release from the Dauphin County Crime Stoppers. Williams was supposed to report to prison on July 17, 2013, but never did. He is still on the run.

Anyone with information can call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-262-3030, or submit a tip on the website. You can also call Dauphin County Dispatch at 717-558-6900. Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $2,000 for a tip that leads to his arrest.
