NEW CUMBERLAND, Pa. (WHTM) – Many came out to enjoy the 23rd Annual Ice Cream Festival in New Cumberland this weekend.
The Saturday event was held at Baughman United Methodist Church.
The old fashioned way of making ice cream uses a vintage John Deere tractor that powers paddle freezers and a drive train modified with a gearbox and shifter.
“It really is special that we can get. People seem to really appreciate it”, said President of Men’s Group Fred Miles.
There was free music and other entertainment at the event.
