Trump says Obama is founder of Islamic State group

SUNRISE, Fla. (AP) – The White House isn’t commenting on Donald Trump’s accusations that President Barack Obama founded the Islamic State group.

Trump told a rally in Florida Wednesday that Obama “is the founder of ISIS.”

In the past, Trump has accused Obama’s former secretary of state and Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton of founding the militant group.
