Lebanon teen charged as adult in stabbing

LEBANON, Pa. (WHTM) – A 16-year-old city boy is jailed as an adult after police say he stabbed a 15-year-old during a fight.

Luis Pagan-Adorno is charged with two counts of aggravated assault for the incident Saturday near Beautex Park, city police said.

Police said Pagan and the victim knew each other and had an altercation a few weeks ago. The 15-year-old was playing basketball when he saw Pagan walking in the 100 Block of Van Buren Street. He ran after him, pushed him to the ground, and punched him before Pagan stabbed the victim several times.

The victim was walking and alert before he was transported to a medical facility for treatment of non-life-threatening wounds, police said.

Pagan was arrested without incident a short time later at his home. He is jailed in the Lebanon County Correctional Facility on $15,000 bail.
