York man arrested after police chase

red unidentified manYORK, Pa. (WHTM) – Northern York County Regional Police arrested a York man after a chase and car crash in Manchester Township Monday.

29-year-old Andrew Frazier is charged with receiving stolen property, felon prohibited from possessing firearms, firearms not to be carried without a license, and possession of crack cocaine.
Investigators said three people were in the car and it was stolen. An officer tried to stop the car, but it drove off and crashed on North George Street.

Police said all three people in the car ran off, but Frazier was caught. Officer found him with a stolen handgun and a baggie of crack cocaine.

One of the other people in the car were caught on surveillance video.If anyone recognizes him, call 911.
