ENOLA, Pa. (WHTM) — Wednesday night, the community will continue fighting to save a swimming pool that has been a fixture in the community for more than four decades.
At 6 p.m., the East Pennsboro School District is holding a public meeting at the middle school to listen to the community’s concerns.
The district says it would cost around $600,000 to keep the pool open and the school board says they can not afford that.
The West Shore YMCA is interested in a community partnership with the school district and possibly using the pool for a satellite location.
The possibility of a partnership with the West Shore YMCA will be discussed at the meeting.
