Hazmat incident reported in West Manchester Township

UPDATE: Scene is clear. According to ABC27 reporter Matt Heckel, someone living in a home mixed a couple of chemicals that lead to the hazmat scare. That person was taken to the hospital as a precaution.

YORK, Pa. (WHTM) – Crews are responding to a hazmat incident near the area of Little Creek Road in West Manchester Township, York County.

According to 911 dispatchers, the incident involves hydrofluoric acid mixed with another substance. One person has been examined, but it’s not clear if the person inhaled something or had something touch their body.

No roads are closed or evacuations have been announced.

An ABC27 News crew is headed to the scene.
