It’s National Junk Food Day, and although our next guest doesn’t come bearing sugary snacks, she does bring some healthy alternatives that can satisfy our needs for the junk foods we know and love.
Amanda Frankeny from the Nutrition Education Network joined us in the kitchen to offer tips on healthy snacking:
- Try smaller meals, if you choose to have snacks.
- Eat, not too much.
- Stick with whole foods when possible.
- No food is a bad food.
