Conestoga man to serve 2 ½-10 years for child porn collection

LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) – A Lancaster County man faces up to a decade in prison for possessing over 1,500 child pornographic photos.

In court Thursday, Judge Howard Knisely ordered Michael V. Leonard, 32, to serve 2 ½ to 10 years in prison.

Leonard, of Conestoga, pleaded guilty to felony counts of possession of child pornography and criminal use of computers.

In April of 2015, investigators discovered that Leonard was sharing the child porn at his home in the 2600 block of River Road. Over 1,500 photos and 45 videos were found on two of his laptops.

Leonard admitted to possessing the pornography.
