The 2008 Chrysler 300 was stolen from the 1000 block of East King Street on Tuesday morning. Around noon, an officer spotted the car and pursued it briefly when the driver refused to stop for his emergency lights and siren, police said.

The chase ended in the 900 block of Cleveland Avenue when the car crashed into a brick garage.

The teens took off running but didn’t get far. They were charged with receiving stolen property.

No one was injured.
