Live-fire exercises planned at Fort Indiantown Gap

FORT INDIANTOWN GAP, Pa. (WHTM) – Fort Indiantown Gap will host several live-fire exercises this month.

The exercises include demolition training from Friday to Sunday and again on July 12, July 18-19 and July 26-28.

The Gap also will host exercises using 120mm mortars July 16-17 and July 20-21 and 25mm Bradley firing on July 21.

All exercises are scheduled between 8 a.m. and 11 p.m.

Fort Indiantown Gap announces training that is expected to result in increased noise as a courtesy to nearby residents.

The schedule is subject to change.
