HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) – Police are looking for a hit-and-run driver who had a close call with a tractor-trailer while going the wrong way on Interstate 83.
The collision caused minor damage to the Toyota’s driver side bumper and headlight.
Hicks said after the crash, the driver backed up, turned around, and drove off the interstate at the 13th Street Exit.
The driver of the tractor-trailer was not injured and was able to take photographs of the Toyota.
