Body found in Harrisburg

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) – Police and the Dauphin County coroner’s office are investigating after a man’s body was found Monday in the city.

The body was found in the backyard of a home in the 1400 block of Berryhill Street around 1:30 p.m..

Residents of the home told investigators they didn’t know the man.

Police said the body, that of a man in his late 20s, had no obvious signs of trauma or overdose.

They have identified him, but did not release his name.

No other details were immediately available.
