LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) – Police arrested a man for robbery after he allegedly slapped and snatched a stranger’s phone as he was standing on a city sidewalk.

Kaeibiala Amen Allen, 18, is also charged with unlawful taking in connection with the June 17 incident in the 400 block of Freemont St.

Police said the 61-year-old victim was on his cell phone when Allen slapped him across his face and grabbed his phone.
