WHP 580’S R.J. Harris shows how to whip up the burger that bears his name. It’s perfect for Father’s Day grilling!
What You’ll Need:
8 oz. steak patty
4 oz. pulled pork
Sweet Baby Ray’s barbecue sauce
1 slice pepper jack cheese
Fresh white onions and peppers
What To Do:
1. Charbroil the burger while sautéing the onions and peppers in olive oil.
2. We use the Harrisburg Senators “house” pulled-pork. Substitute with a pulled-pork that you know and love.
2. Cut patty in half lengthwise. Put a layer of barbecue sauce and the cheese between the two pieces of burger. Add pulled pork with some more barbecue sauce on top of the burger, then onions and peppers. Enjoy!
