Lower Paxton man jailed for child sexual assault

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) – A Dauphin County man with a previous child sexual assault conviction is back in jail after police say he molested a teenage girl.

Jason M. Startzman, 40, of Lower Paxton Township, is charged with aggravated indecent assault, indecent assault, unlawful contact with a minor, and corruption of minors, police said.

His bail at Dauphin County Prison was set at $150,000 cash.

Startzman in 2013 was ordered to serve 20-40 months in a state prison after he pleaded guilty to indecent assault of a child and corruption of minors, according to court records.
