Creature Feature: Token, the Boa Constrictor

This is Token and today she’s our animal ambassador for the summer reading program.

“One of Token and my favorite children’s books is The Day Jimmy’s Boa Ate the Wash, by Trinka Hakes Noble, so we wanted to bring in a real boa constrictor to invite every kid in Pennsylvania to sign up for the summer reading program. In the next three months we’ll be doing about 50 reptile shows at libraries all over the state. Just visit the event calendar on ForgottenFriend.org to find out where we’ll be, then come out and join me and fifteen of my reptiles from around the world, or contact us to schedule a show at your library,” tells Jesse Rothacker, president of Forgotten Friends.
