13 arrested during raid on after-hours club in Harrisburg

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) – Jeanette has two young children and speaks broken English, but her fear of her neighbors is universal.

She watched early Saturday as police lined up several people outside Forever Nite, an after-hours club in the 500 block of South 19th Street.

City officials said 13 people were arrested, including three fugitives. City police, state parole, and federal authorities conducted the raid which yielded crack cocaine, cocaine, and marijuana. Officials said two guns were recovered and one was an illegal firearm.

Masonia Ramsey, Justin Bryant, and Jon Randle were wanted on DUI charges in Luzerne County. Ronald Doziar, Turrel Hall, and Brandon Wainwright were charged with drug possession. Club owner Ulysses Doub was charged for liquor violations. Seven others were wanted on summary warrants.

One neighbor said the club also goes by Alpha Club and is a popular hangout for drug dealers.

Police conducted an undercover sting to set up the raid.

Officials said the bust was part of Operation Safe City. Police expect more crime sweeps in the coming weeks.
