Update: Suspect and Victim identified in Lebanon shooting

LEBANON, Pa. (WHTM) – Lebanon City Police responded to a shooting around 6:30 Saturday evening.

Police said the shooting occurred at a home along the 400 block of Guilford Street.

Police found 22-year-old Andrew Johnson of Lebanon with a gunshot wound to his chest.

The victim was taken to a nearby hospital. He is listed in critical condition.

19-year-old Lance Puente was taken into custody at the scene.He is charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, and recklessly endangering another person.

Puente was arraigned Sunday morning and in lieu of $100,000 bail, Puente was put in Lebanon County Correctional Facility.

Police said they believe the suspect and victim know one another.

The case is under investigation.
