Ronnie and Danny from DJ’s Smoke Shack in the West Shore Farmer’s Market took a break from grilling meat to show us how to whip up a delicious breakfast dessert.
1. Mix waffle/pancake batter on the loose side.
2. Spray waffle iron with non-stick product.
3. Peel banana and cut in discs, pour some batter in hot waffle iron and place discs around iron surface.
4. Pour little more batter to cover banana.
5. Cook until golden brown and serve with caramel syrup and whipped cream – then smile!
