Two local organizations improving the lives of children in Harrisburg

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) – Two local organizations are helping children find a safe place to have fun and learn.

Left Out Organization Program, L.O.O.P., Boyz and Girlz was founded by Anthony Burnett, and Breaking the Chainz was founded by Kevin Dolphin. 

Both programs strive to help the youth in the community.

The programs goals are to keep children and youth off the streets and give them a sense of drive, hope, and ambition and build positive youth development, social skills, and learning.
