Shuster narrowly wins Republican primary

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) – It appears incumbent U.S. Congressman Bill Shuster has narrowly defeated his Republican opponent in Tuesday’s primary election.

Shuster finished with 52 percent of the vote over real estate investor Arthur Halvorson.

No Democrats ran for this seat. Shuster has held the seat since 2001.
