Twenty-nine-year-old Lamar Clark of Lancaster is on trial in Lancaster County in the November 2014 shooting at Shenk’s Cafe that killed 54-year-old Barry Diffenderfer.

LNP newspapers ( ) reports that Assistant District Attorney Mark Fetterman told jurors Tuesday that although Clark didn’t intend to kill the victim, “intent follows the bullet.”

Defense attorney Randall Miller said the shooting was self-defense set in motion by two other men. He said his client is only guilty of a firearms count.
