LEBANON, Pa. (WHTM) – An early morning fire Saturday displaced 14 people including seven children.

Fire crews were called to the 100 block of South Ninth Street just after 1 a.m. Commissioner Duane Trautman said a malfunctioning flat screen TV or computer screen sparked the fire.
