HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) – A city man has been found guilty of first-degree murder for a fatal shooting over a drug debt.

Johnny M. Collins, 25, was convicted by a Dauphin County jury Thursday for the June 3, 2014 killing of 21-year-old Daylynn Smith in Hall Manor, according to District Attorney Ed Marsico’s office.
