CAMP HILL, Pa. (WHTM) – A Cumberland County woman is headed to trial for setting a fire at her East Pennsboro Township apartment building.
Tiffany A. Moore, 32, was held for court on all charges after a preliminary hearing Monday.
Moore is accused of setting a fire Jan. 26 at the Susquehanna View Apartments, an 11-story building with 200 apartments at 208 Senate Avenue.
The fire was set to a couch in a sixth-floor lobby. Several people were transported to a hospital for treatment of smoke inhalation and residents of four apartments were displaced.
Moore remains in Cumberland County Prison on $200,000 bail. She’s charged with arson, causing or risking a catastrophe, criminal mischief, and reckless endangerment.
A formal arraignment is scheduled for June 23.
