Man armed with knife tried to rob Lebanon market, police say

LEBANON, Pa. (WHTM) – Police are searching for the man who attempted to rob a market at knifepoint Monday in Lebanon.

It happened just after 1 p.m. at Zweier’s Food Mart on S. Lincoln Ave.

Police say the threatened to stab a woman if she did not provide him with money. He then fled without money prior to police arriving to the scene.

No injuries were reported.
