Anthony Diaz (Ephrata Police Department)

EPHRATA, Pa. (WHTM) – A Lancaster man was arrested after police said they linked him to a home burglary through the fingerprints he left behind nearly three years ago.

Anthony Diaz, 22, is accused of stealing more than $1,000 worth of electronics from the home in the 300 block of West Main Street in July 2013.

Ephrata police said they found Diaz this month in the Lancaster County Prison where he was held on unrelated charges.

He was interviewed and admitted to the burglary, police said.
