LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) – Five people were arrested after a state constable, who was issuing a warrant, spotted a large amount of marijuana and a digital scale inside a Lancaster home.
Police say the constable was dressed in a recognizable manner when he spoke to residents of the home on Poplar Street.
Additional officers responded to the scene with a search warrant and discovered a wide range of narcotics, including heroin, crack cocaine, marijuana, MDMA, methamphetamine, as well as various drug paraphernalia.
A stolen AR-15 assault rifle, ammunition and $6,948 in cash were also found.
The following were arrested during Thursday’s incident:
- Rafael Rodriguez Jr., 25, of Lancaster
Charged with possession with intent to deliver MDMA, possession of heroin, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia
- Angelo Ortega Jr., 25, of Lancaster
Charged with persons not to possess a firearm; receiving stolen property; possession with intent to deliver MDMA; Possession with intent to deliver marijuana; possession of cocaine; possession of heroin; possession of methamphetamine; possession of drug paraphernalia
- Larry Rowe, Jr. 30, of Lancaster
Charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cocaine
- Jayson Cadet, 21, of Lancaster
Charged with possession of marijuana, possession of MDMA, possession of methamphetamine
- Bebetho Jeanty, 22, of Lancaster
Charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia
