Man acquitted of charges in 2014 West York homicide

WEST YORK, Pa. (WHTM) – A man arrested in connection with a deadly shooting in West York back in 2014 has been found not guilty of all charges.

Carlos Johnson of York was accused of robbing and shooting 41-year-old Lancelot Hylton, who died from a single gunshot wound to the head. His body was found on a porch on West King Street.

Johnson had faced murder, robbery and conspiracy charges.

No other information has been released at this time.
