Norman Habecker Jr. (Swatara Township Police Department)

Norman Habecker Jr., 29, of Middletown, claimed a driver side-swiped his car. When they stopped at a red light, the driver of the other car recorded video of Habecker getting out, approaching him, punching the window, and screaming profanities.
